I only collect information you voluntarily share to deliver the services you've requested. This includes:

Contact & Business Details: Your name, email, and business info (used to reply to you, send quiz results, or send marketing emails you can opt-out of at any time).
Payment Details: Handled securely via Stripe or Wix Payments to process orders.
Client Materials: Notes, FAQs, writing samples, or processes used exclusively to build, test, and refine your custom AI assistant.

Note: Please do not share passwords, sensitive personal data, or confidential third-party materials unless genuinely required and permitted.

This website also collects basic technical data (like cookies and analytics) to help the site function properly and improve your experience. You can manage cookies via your browser settings.

2. Third-Party Tools I Use

To run Brighter Hours, I use trusted providers who may process your information as part of their service.

These include:

Website & Forms: Wix, Fillout, website analytics.
Operations & Communication: Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar), Zoom, Loom, Calendly.
AI & Tech: ChatGPT/OpenAI, used to build and test your assistant.

I never sell your data, publish your materials, or share them publicly.

3. Data Retention & Your Rights

I only keep your information for as long as necessary to support our project, maintain business records, or meet legal requirements.

You have the right to ask what information I hold about you, request corrections, or ask for your data to be deleted. To do so, just email me at info@brighterhours.com.
