I run Brighter Hours from the coast of Devon in the UK, but many of my clients are across the Atlantic in the US. Which means I may be quietly working on your project while you’re still asleep, ready for you to open your laptop to something useful.
Why I started Brighter Hours
AI is often sold as the magic fix for too much work and not enough time.
But if you've ever opened ChatGPT, typed something in, and thought, "Well… that's not quite right," you'll know it's not always that simple.
Without the right setup, AI can feel awkward, generic, and surprisingly demanding.
You're still left doing the hardest part yourself: working out what to ask, explaining your business for the hundredth time, and turning the answer into something that sounds like an actual human being (specifically, you).
I've seen how brilliant AI can be when it's set up properly. But I don't think solo business owners should have to become tech experts, prompt writers, or full-time experimenters just to get support with their everyday work.
Brighter Hours exists to close that gap.
